I had purchased an engagement ring in late 2024 and the service from Varouj was amazing. He understood my needs and provided me with a ring and my now fiancé loves it! Varouj was even able to gauge my fiancé's ring size from a photo which was very nearly perfect only needing a slight adjustment.I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. I went to the Australian Diamond Brokers on the advice of a friend of mine after going back and forth between what I would call instagram famous jewellers. The diamonds they showed me were significantly higher quality and much better priced than the jewellers I had spoken to. The team were really easy and explained all the differences to me as we went through the process. I chose the ring without my partner, which can be pretty nerve-racking, but their guidance made it an enjoyable process. My partner is stoked with the ring and we'll definitely be back to organise the wedding bands.
